To use our service, you must:

- Ensure that the use of a virtual landline complies with the rules and regulations of the specific prison.

Any failure to do so will result in immediate termination.

We implement a Fair Usage Policy to ensure that all users can enjoy reliable and high-quality service.Excessive, abusive, or fraudulent use of the service is strictly prohibited and includes, but is not limited to:Using the service for business or bulk calling purposes.Using more than one line to communicate with a single prisoner in ways that circumvent prison policies.Using automated systems to answer or redirect calls.Sharing your line with multiple prisoners.If your usage significantly exceeds typical residential use, we may contact you to review your usage or, where necessary, suspend or terminate your service.We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to take action, including suspension or cancellation, to protect our network and other users.

Prison Call does not guarantee call quality or availability at all times, as this is subject to the performance of third-party telecommunications networks and the prison’s phone system.It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of a virtual landline is acceptable to the prison in question. In some cases, prison staff may reject or block certain numbers without notice.

6. Right to Cancel or Suspend

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or restrict your service at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:Breach of these Terms or our Fair Usage Policy.If we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.At the request of law enforcement or prison authorities.If the virtual landline is blocked, misused, or becomes inactive.If we decide to discontinue or change the structure of our services.In the event of a cancellation, any remaining balance or subscription time may not be refundable, subject to our Refund Policy (see section 7).

We aim to provide fair and transparent billing. You may be eligible for a refund in the event of:Technical failure caused by us that results in no access to the service for more than 48 hours.Mistaken billing due to a system error on our part.Refunds are issued at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for:Missed calls.Calls blocked by the prison or prison system.Cancellations due to misuse or breach of policy.
